Professional experience in your domain, which you state in your application
Portfolio of successful implementations or advisory work
A score of 70% or more on our expertise quiz, and a completed practical challenge
Exceptional communication and consulting capabilities
Commitment to excellence and client satisfaction

A short multiple-choice quiz on your areas of expertise. You need 70% or more to continue.
A real-world task in your field. Your written answer is kept for our team to read.
A person on our team reviews your profile, quiz result and challenge answer, then approves or declines the application.
Approved applicants send a passport or national ID and a proof of address. Once we have checked them, your profile is listed and you can take paid work.
